Part A is the newest building which has 16 two-queen bed rooms.

​

Part B empty lot (not shown), home of the original Cottage Inn and Cafe. The original Cottage Inn lot has 16 utility hook ups that could easily be transitioned into an RV lot. The potential of this lot is vast, so bring your dreams and let them run! There's potential for a variety of business opportunities. Part C actually has two buildings. The first is a four bedroom house and motel office  (with laundry) with a furnished basement apartment. The second building has 10 two-queen bed rooms (two rooms are handicap accessible). This building was built with expansion in mind, so there is lot space to double the size of this building to add an additional 10 two-queen bed rooms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A detached two-stall garage with hotel workshop is located  behind Building B and C. There is a great empty lot that could be an additional RV park, storage units, or hotel expansion.
